Application process step by step

Step 1

Fill in the pre-application form below and submit it to Global Choices

Step 2

Please pay the Program Booking Fee (registration fee). Global Choices offers the following options:

  • Make payment online (US$ only);
  • You can also pay by card or cash in our office.

Please note: you can pay the Program Booking Fee in J$ or US$. In case of payment online we can accept the US$ only.

Step 3

Download, print out and fill in the Program Application Form (the download link can be found in our e-mail). Once you paid the Booking Fee please provide us the proof document confirming that payment was made. Bring or send us the Program Application Form along with payment confirmation. We will assist you further with the job offer, visa, travel insurance and orientation before your departure to USA.
