Application process in details

Upon completion of the pre-placed application, you will be provided with the list of supplemental materials you will need to submit. We will keep your application on file until we receive ALL of your supplemental materials.
Please note that we will not begin to process any part of your application until a complete application is in our hands. We highly recommend posting all supplemental materials together. Global Choices will not be responsible for assembling applications that arrive incomplete.

Supplemental Materials:

• Two passport photos
• Copy of Passport
• Police background check
• Signed Terms and conditions
• Skills reference
• Medical report
• Camp contract
• Proof of student status (for support staff only)

Several of these forms will be available for you to be printed from our website once we receive your registration fee and program fee.
